The building constructed on cast in-situ reinforced concrete pile foundation up to the rock. Super structure is made on reinforced concrete columns, beams and slabs. The walls are constructed with bricks and finished with smooth internal and rough external cement plaster.

Living, dining, bedrooms and pantry floors are finished with homogeneous polished ceramic floor tiles. Balconies and yard floors are with homogenous ceramic tiles. All the bathroom floors are finished with non slip glazed ceramic tiles and walls are with glazed ceramic wall tiles.
